Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Parents

  1. You understand that CompetitiveGyaan24x7 is a home tutoring marketplace and will facilitate you to find a suitable and expertise home tutor for your child.
  2. CompetitiveGyaan24x7 will conduct demo class. After the demo class, Student/Parent has to inform to CompetitiveGyaan24x7, whether they are satisfied with the tutor and want to continue with him or not. If the Parents/student is not satisfied, we will arrange the demo of the other tutor.
  3. After the demo if you wish to continue with our tutor. You have to pay 50% of the tuition fee to us for the first month.
  4. In consideration of the home tuition provided by the tutor to your child, you agree to pay a predefined amount to the tutor. Do not pay tutors directly without the confirmation from our end.
  5. Also, if parents want to discontinue the tuition at any time (before completion of month) then, they need to pay the charges for exact number of days the tutor came to teach, and also need to inform the tutor 15 days prior to the discontinuation of the service. In case if its the starting month then they need to pay the charges for exact number of days the tutor came to teach including the demo class.
  6. You understand that, to the extent possible, CompetitiveGyaan24x7 will facilitate finding a tutor that best suit your child’s requirement but it does not guarantee any success of any kind in any examination or test that your child may undertake.
  7. You understand that home tutors need to be treated with respect and dignity. Further, you agree to provide in your home an environment conducive to one on one study during the time of home tuition.
  8. You understand that the final decision to choose a particular tutor for your child is yours and yours alone.
  9. You understand that the tutor will provide lessons to the child only on the condition that at least one parent is present at home during the tutoring session.
  10. CompetitiveGyaan24x7 will not give any guarantee of the Student’s progress and also not responsible if any stolen things happen by the tutor. Tutors should be observed by the Parents/Care Takers during the tuition time.

Terms and Conditions for Tutors

  1. Tutor warrants that he is of at least Twenty years of age, and having necessary qualifications experience to give tutoring in the Categories/Syllabus and subjects specified by the Tutor on his/her profile.
  2. For every new tuition confirmation, CompetitiveGyaan24x7 will charge you an upfront of only 50% of the tuition fees for the first month, as a Terms & Conditions Terms and Conditions for Parents commission upon student/parent’s confirmation. Failure to comply with these policies will result in the removal of the tutor from all platform benefits and potential blocking from the CompetitiveGyaan24x7 platform.
  3. For Online Tuitions also, CompetitiveGyaan24x7 will charge you an upfront of 1 month tuition fees as a commission upon student/parent’s confirmation. For the first month, 50% of the tuition fee will be disbursed to the tutor via the CompetitiveGyaan24x7 platform.
  4. You understand and agree that confidential information so received will only be used by you only for the benefit of CompetitiveGyaan24x7 and for the purpose of providing tutoring.
  5. You understand and agree that the relationship between CompetitiveGyaan24x7 and you will not be considered as an employer and employee relation.
  6. You understand that the final decision to choose a particular student for tuition is yours and yours alone. In case you are selected in a demo, you can’t reject the tuition until and unless there are authentic reason. In the event where you are unable to attend the tuition, a prior notice of 24 hours before the lesson starts, must be given to the students/parents.
  7. You understand and agree that you will teach the student if and only if at least one parent is present in the house. If you are leaving any tuition, you must intimate the parents/student prior to 1 week. CompetitiveGyaan24x7 will not be liable for any conflict or disagreement between the tutors and students/parents.

  9. Selected Tutors do not share their selected tuition details with their friends/colleagues and do not invite them to the student’s residence at the time of introduction/Demo class.
  10. You here by confirm that you will abide all the rules and regulations of CompetitiveGyaan24x7. And in case if you get caught cheating with CompetitiveGyaan24x7 then, we can take any legal action on you. Any attempt to cheat or deprive CompetitiveGyaan.com of its legal share of commission, will result in legal actions being taken.
  11. CompetitiveGyaan24x7 reserves all the rights to change all or any of these above mentioned Terms and Conditions with or without giving any prior notice at any time.
  12. Tutors are required to maintain certain standards of teaching quality. CompetitiveGyaan24x7 will conduct periodic evaluations through feedback from students and parents. Tutors with consistent negative feedback may be removed from the platform.
  13. Tutors must maintain confidentiality regarding any personal, academic or private information shared by students or parents during tutoring sessions. Tutors are not allowed to share this information with third parties without explicit consent from the student or parent.
  14. Students and parents will be encouraged to leave feedback and reviews regarding the tutor’s performance after each session. Tutors agree to accept constructive criticism and work towards continuous improvement based on such feedback.

These additional clauses will help provide clearer guidelines, protect both tutors and students and ensure CompetitiveGyaan24x7 operates smoothly. Any changes we may make to our Privacy Notice in the future will be posted on this page. Where appropriate, we will notify you or seek your consent.
